For full refund, all items and accessories must be returned in their original packaging with all inserts and its original unused condition. Laundered or used items will not be accepted.
- How do I return an item?
- If you wish to return your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization (RA) number and ship to address. Once received, please include a copy of your RA number with your returned item. Any items shipped without an RA number cannot be processed or accepted.
- How many days do I have to make a return?
- Once you receive the item/s, you have 30 days to submit a return request.
- Who covers the return shipping costs?
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
- How will I get my refund? And when?
- Refund will be issued to the customer with same payment method, after our facility receives the item back.
- What if my item was damaged or defective, or I received the wrong item?
