United StatesBuying online can be a lottery, so I did a lot of research before getting these curtains and although I haven't hung them yet both the product and the company absolutely lived up to my expectations. The curtain panels are fantastic, I don't think you will find this quality in manufacture (these are not just lined but interlined), and panels made of natural fabrics for this price anywhere else. I'm really happy to have found this company. The panels are weighty and beautiful. They arrived promptly, and when there was a brief delay with one part of the shipment the company answered my email within 24 hours and were super helpful, so it was also a good customer experience. If you are searching for quality linen curtains I highly recommend Linens Now. Just one buyer beware note: the white curtains are not really white, they are a creamy ivory, so if you are looking for true white these are not for you.
United StatesThe order arrived quickly. The panels were very heavy and great quality for the price, however the color was wrong. I wanted white curtains, a shade darker than white would have worked but these were really beige so I am returning. I need to return at my own expense which is annoying so I would not order from this site again.
